CLIENT AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between Lisa Buck Photography LLC (“Photographer”) and the Client named below.

Client is purchasing from Photographer high-resolution printed and/or digital images. Photographer grants Client permission to reproduce and print purchased images for personal and professional use.

Client understands that Photographer is the owner of the copyright of each image taken during the services provided under this Agreement. Photographer retains the right to copy, display, and/or publish any images for marketing, advertising, print competitions, and for use on Photographer’s website, portfolio, and social media platforms.

Photographer is not liable to Client for any loss resulting from an act of God, natural disaster, including but not limited to fire, earthquake, storm, hurricane, flood, lightning, and tornado. Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (Covid-19), Photographer is taking precautions including enhanced sanitation. Client acknowledges the contagious nature of Covid and releases Photographer from any and all liability for unintentional exposure or harm due to Covid.

By typing their names below, Client and Photographer hereby sign this Agreement.
